Development of websites with an emphasis on scalability using technologies such as CSS and XHTML
Design and construction of press release architecture which allows for the queuing of information to be presented on any of several websites and their respective RSS newsfeeds.
Created full-page print advertisement for use in the February 2007 issue of The WHIR (Web Hosting Industry Review).

As a NOC Engineer, responsibilities spanned a number of various technical roles ranging from serving as customers' "hands and eyes" within the datacenter to diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with our internal systems.
Acted as liason between vendors for the purpose of troubleshooting outages involving the network, electrical grids, and other facility resources.
Maintained the company website concurrently with other duties.

Supervised a team of three order entry technicians in the creation and processing of new billable orders for the company's Fastlane DSL service, paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy within the order processing system.
Designed and built the PHP/MySQL-based order processing application for the sales department before leaving the company in August 2001.
